To develop hospital/clinics, HIV/AIDS, covid-19 and other communicable diseases for poor people and needy person.
To make efforts for the overall development of the society to engage in all kinds of developmental work meant for the walfare of people living in urban slum areas.
To organize self employment awareness events for women to uplift the status of the women in the society and educate unemployed people specially youth.
To organize and encourage social events for motivating youths to work in correct direction and empower women, youths towards enterprising activities which will improve thier standard of living both economically and socially and to contribute towards employment genration.
To develop, promote basic medical facility, sanitation, genral health care and other needful support which can be helpful for public to overcome sufferings and agony of any natural and manmade disaster and to facilitate them to rehabilitate.
To promote, or help in maitaning and/or running hospitals, charitable dispensaries, mobile dispensries, maternity homes, child welfare centers, convalescent homes, sanatorium, hotels and other similar institutions or centers for rendering or providingmedical relief.
To develop various innovative and creative women empowerment setup or bodies or centers for self-employment of individuals, women groups or units of women like self-help groups(SHGs)to make them self-sustainable through employment genration in rural and urban sector.
And it is hereby declared that the objects will be for the benefit of mankind without any distinction of any caste, creed or religion.
1.No Bojects of the company will be carried and without obtaining prior approval/ no objection certificate from concerned authorities wherever required if any.
2.None of the objects will be carried out on commercial basis.
The proposed company will not pursue any activity with the objects of earning profits. The funds of the proposed company shall be utilized only for the purpose of benifits of its members and achievement of its objects. The proposed company will promote objects benificial to the country and the society. The application for grant of license under Section 8 of the companies Act, 2013 has been made accordingly.
